Terms of use
These terms govern use of PaperPMF's synthetic consumer diagnostic service. By submitting a diagnostic or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.
The service
PaperPMF generates synthetic consumer reactions and semantic purchase-intent distributions from product information and a target-audience description. A free preview uses 10 respondents. A one-time purchase unlocks a 100-respondent report and the respondent-level qualitative evidence produced for that run.
Research limitations
Reports are computational estimates, not human survey results, sales forecasts, or guarantees of product-market fit. You are responsible for interpreting results and for validating material business decisions with appropriate evidence. PaperPMF should not be used as the sole basis for financial, legal, medical, employment, credit, housing, or other high-impact decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of product inputs you submit. You grant PaperPMF and its service providers a limited right to host, transform, transmit, and process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested diagnostic workflow.
You must have the right to submit the content. Do not submit unlawful material, personal data you are not authorized to process, trade secrets you are not permitted to disclose, malicious files, or content that infringes another party's rights.
Payments and delivery
Full reports are sold as isolated one-time transactions with no subscription. Checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments. Payment is fulfilled only after a verified provider webhook; a browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.
Delivery occurs through the permanent unguessable report link created for the paid run. You are responsible for retaining that link and for providing an accurate recovery email.
Acceptable use
- Do not probe, bypass, or interfere with security, rate limits, payment verification, or access controls.
- Do not use the service to impersonate real people or present synthetic respondents as actual customers.
- Do not upload malware, attempt server-side request forgery, or use automated traffic that harms availability.
- Do not use outputs to deceive customers, investors, regulators, or research participants.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Model providers, product sites, storage, payment services, and network infrastructure may fail or change. To the extent permitted by law, PaperPMF disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a report.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
